Life Story Books

A place for foster children and abused or neglected children to store personal memories

Transitions can be difficult. When foster children move, they often must leave behind precious belongings. Assistance League volunteers handcraft scrapbooks for these children to store memories and important papers when they are adopted into permanent homes.

Abused and neglected children may not have homes that value their school records, photos and artwork. We provide Life Story Books to Court Appointed Special Advocates so that these children know that their personal experiences are valuable.
