Welcome to Assistance League of Portland!

We are a tax exempt, non-profit 501(C) (3) philanthrophic organization. Our all volunteer organization is non-sectarian, and non-political. Our sole mission is to carry on charitable work within the community.

We are a chapter of National Assistance League, an organization established in 1935 currently numbering more than 120 chapters and guilds in 26 states. Assistance League volunteers invested more than 2.6 million hours and returned an astounding $35 million to communities across the United States, touching the lives of over 1.4 million children, seniors, families and others in need last year.
